years. We have provided a variety of safety consulting and training services to over 200 companies. Most of our clients are from general industry and range in size from
twenty five to five thousand employees. While we have traveled as far as Chile in South America for the U.S. Department of State; most of our business is in the central and eastern states. We are located in Western

Director & Principal Safety ConsultantMr. Zera has been the principal safety consultant of the firm since its inception. He has extensive safety
management experience and exemplary credentials. Certifications: Certified Safety & Loss Prevention Consultant - New York State Department of Labor.
Certified Safety Professional (C.S.P.) - National Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Safety Experience: Thomas L. Zera has over twenty years of safety management experience in industry as a Safety Engineer, Corporate Manager of Safety & Health and Safety Consultant.
As a Safety Engineer for a 1400 employee manufacturing plant, he developed and managed safety programs at the grass root level. As a Corporate Manager of Safety &
Health he became accomplished at creating effective safety management systems and procedures for multiple manufacturing facilities. As a consultant, Mr. Zera has
worked with over 200 companies. His work has included safety program development, ergonomics, OSHA compliance and safety training. Because of his ability to produce
outstanding safety programs, this has become his consulting specialty. His expertise has helped prevent hundreds of employee injuries. He is sought by corporations as a
troubleshooter to help solve safety management problems. He is retained by law firms to investigate accidents as an expert witness. In addition to being an independent
consultant, Thomas Zera is affiliated with the National Safety Council as a senior safety consultant and instructor. He is also an instructor of safety management and
ergonomics courses in an occupational safety & health associates degree program at a local College in upstate New York.
Education & Training: In addition to two college degrees, Mr. Zera has obtained considerable technical
training in the areas of safety management, occupational safety & health, industrial hygiene, safety training, fire safety and ergonomics from the National Safety Council,
the National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health, Behrend College, State University of New York at Buffalo, the University of Michigan and Harvard School of Public Health. Public Speaking & Publications:
Mr. Zera is considered an expert in his field and is a frequent public speaker on occupational safety, OSHA, ergonomics and safety management. He has been a
presenter at many functions including the Western New York Safety Conference, All Ohio Safety Congress, American Public Works Safety Seminar, the Public Risk
Insurance and Management Association Convention, an American Society of Safety Engineers Professional Development Conference, American Society of Safety
Engineers meetings, numerous safety conferences sponsored by the Ohio Manufacturer's Education Council and Ohio Chamber of Commerce, as well as many
other public and private safety seminars and conferences conducted throughout the North East. Thomas L. Zera has had numerous safety articles dealing with Total Quality Safety
Management, OSHA compliance and occupational safety appear in publications such as "Industrial Safety & Hygiene News", "Public Risk", "Hospital News", "Business
First", "Safety Now", "Safety Management", etc. He has produced and published safety and OSHA related training programs and booklets such as "The Chemical
Hazard Awareness Guide". He is also the editor of an OSHA & occupational safety newsletter. Honors: In 1997, Tom Zera was honored to receive the Edward J. Waring award as the "Safety Professional of the Year" from the Western New York Safety Conference, Inc. This
award is given to a person in the safety profession who has provided "distinguished service to the Niagara Frontier" and has made "consistently outstanding contributions to safety and health".
