This safety training program for Supervisors and Managers explains the key elements of a comprehensive safety program from a supervisory perspective. Sound safety
management tools and strategies are discussed. Supervisors/Managers learn how to manage safety functions more effectively.
This is a 1, 2 or 3 day course that is conducted for your personnel, at your location.
Certificates are given to participants who attend all scheduled sessions.
Behavior Based Safety Management Strategies
This safety training program is for safety and other management personnel who desire a more sophisticated approach to managing employee safety. This seminar
offers innovative concepts and strategies that combine behavioral psychology, principles of total quality management and the latest techniques of safety management.
This is a 1 day training program that is conducted for your personnel, at your location.
Certificates are given to participants who attend the full program.
Employee Safety Seminars
We conduct employee safety training on a wide array of topics relating to OSHA compliance, accident prevention, fire protection, ergonomics and industrial health.
These presentations are one hour in length with some exceptions. Training is conducted for your personnel, at your location.

SAFETY SUPERVISION A Safety Training Course for Managers & Supervisors
A. Course Objectives - Participants will:
- Gain insight into how accidents happen and how they can be prevented.
- Become familiar with common unsafe conditions and unsafe practices that cause accidents.
- Become better equipped to recognize safety and health hazards in their workplace.
- Learn how to use a variety of safety management tools to control the risk of injuries to their employees and achieve a good safety record.
- Become more knowledgeable about OSHA regulatory requirements, compliance and inspections.
- Acquire the ability to integrate safety into their managerial functions and help implement a sound safety program in their workplace.
B. The Instructional Process:
- This safety management training program is interactive.
- The instructor will inform, discuss and explain concepts and principles.
- Considerable participant input will be solicited.
